Innovative & Sustainable energy from space

ParaLoon, a pioneering space start-up whose name is derived from “parabolic balloon”, is

dedicated to developing innovative inflatable/unfoldable, parabolic concentrator

photovoltaic (CPV) systems. These systems are designed to harness solar energy by

efficiently converting light and heat, both on Earth and in space. Over the past year,

ParaLoon has made substantial progress thanks to the support of the European Space

Agency (ESA) Business Incubation Centre (BIC) program and VLAIO.
